Fancy a nature outing just a few kilometers from Paris? Put on your sneakers and let yourself be tempted by the Yvelines! Here, over 70,000 hectares of woodland are at your disposal. Here, an exceptional diversity of landscapes awaits you: from the Seine valley in the north of the département to the agricultural plains of the south, via the majestic Vallée de Chevreuse. Whether you're a novice or an expert, there's something for everyone. And every time, there's a castle, historic monument or listed site nearby.

A natural heritage to preserve

The Conseil départemental des Yvelines is involved in this year's EcoTrail Paris because it shares the same values of respect for nature and protection of the environment. Our mission is to highlight the region's natural assets to the general public, so that they can learn how to protect it through simple gestures.
If you take the start of the 80 km race from the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Leisure Island or the 45 km race from the Château de Versailles, you'll be crossing the Yvelines like you've never seen them before. And we bet you'll be back for more!
