ENILEA - École Nationale de l'Innovation, des Laboratoires, de l'Eau et de l'Alimentation (National School of Innovation, Laboratories, Water and Food)

While our original vocation was to train professionals in the dairy and cheese sector, our school now also trains the professionals sought after by agri-food, biotechnology, laboratory and brewery companies.

Every year, we welcome over 600 pupils, students, apprentices and vocational training trainees.

A public establishment under the aegis of the French Ministry of Agriculture and the Burgundy Franche-Comté Regional Council, we currently offer more than 30 training courses from CAP to licence pro.

We also offer MASTER programs in conjunction with universities and engineering schools.

In Poligny: a hall covering almost 5,000 m². Comprising food processing workshops, food engineering, chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology and applied physics laboratories, our hall also houses a microbrewery and an ice cream production room.
